Russell Holtz, LNHA - Executive Director

Russ has been with Lincoln Park Manor since 1999 and is only the third Director since Lincoln Park Manor opened its doors in 1989.  He loves the challenge of providing quality clinical care in an intimate setting where the families, care givers and residents are top priority.  A Michigan native, Russ has a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 1993.  He loves to travel and enjoys spending time with his wife, his children and especially his grandchildren.

Brenda Wirrig, LNHA - Assistant Executive Director

Brenda has been with Lincoln Park Manor since 2001.  She has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and is a graduate of Wright State University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems.   Brenda is passionate about providing outstanding care in a quality environment for our residents and their families.  Brenda lives in Dayton with her husband and two daughters.

Kathy Edwards,RN - Director of Nursing

Kathy has been at Lincoln Park Manor for 15 years and has been the Director of Nursing for the last eight years.  The majority of Kathy's nursing career, which began in 1975, has been spent in Long Term Care.  She was motivated to go into management by the drive to make a positive impact in the quality of care provided to the elderly. When Kathy is not at work she is spending time with her husband, gardening, bird watching or  enjoying time with her two grandchildren and family.

Ann Wittoesch - Director of Admissions

Ann has worked in sales and marketing for over 15 years.  She has been an admission and marketing director for the past 5 years.  Ann says, "The role of an Admission Director has by far, been the most rewarding."  Assisting families in finding that "right" place and providing the reassurance that their loved one will be well taken care of is invaluable.  Ann grew up in Kettering and currently resides with her husband in Oakwood where they are raising their family.  When Ann is not at work, she enjoys biking, traveling and of course... bragging about her 2 wonderful children.

Louis Heckman - Medical Director

Louis Heckman, MD has been a member of the Medical Staff at Lincoln Park Manor since 1996 and was appointed the facility’s Medical Director in November 2009.  Dr. Heckman is Board certified in Internal Medicine and is affiliated with Associated Specialists in Internal Medicine with his primary practice located in Centerville.  Dr. Heckman is a native Daytonian and graduated from the University of Dayton and THE Ohio State University College of Medicine.  He completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital.  He and his wife and two sons live in Centerville.  In whatever spare time he has, he enjoys sports, gardening and the great outdoors.
